Job Description

The Customer Service Associate will be responsible for delivering exceptionally, responding efficiently, accurately, and courteously on all transactions through live chat, email correspondence and calls with Client as and when required.
Must have excellent English communication
Must have knowledge on processing data based on inputs provided
Should have GOOD command over MS-Office with excellent formatting skills in MS Word & Excel
Good data validation/verification skills.
Data Collection and data entry using pre-defined queries/processes on daily basis.
Manipulating, cleansing, validating & processing data across projects
Responsible for accumulating, loading, extracting and validation of client data
Proof reading skills highly preferred
Must be willing to work in rotational shifts
Assessment, analyzing, editing updating documents and verification content review and data entry as per targets
Preparation of reports in excel/PowerPoint/word
